Remove from the oven and lower the temperature to 170 degrees. Combine the cornmeal panko salt pepper and Parmesan cheese in a gallon-size ziplock bag. You may want to stir the okra once or twice while roasting.

To roast the okra Cook in a 400 to 450-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time. Stir-fry for 10-12 minutes or until the okra is dry and crispy.
